Obasi is the rare trainer capable of coupling personal growth with professional development, which is why the world's top companies invite him to their stages.

"Nobody ever told the bumble bees that according to the laws of aerodynamics, they can’t fly. Nobody has told Obasi Scott, that a 54 year old man, or a 30 year old woman, could not pursue his passion. Nobody has told him so he keep demanding the impossible of those he trains and they keep returning for coaching.

After personal coaching twice a week, for the last five months, I still feel the expectations are unrealistic. Yet somehow I manage, with his encouragement to achieve the impossible. I have gained mental strength, stamina, and focus. What has become easier is dealing with day to day challenges that tend wear everybody out. I’m working longer hours, spending more time with friends and loved ones, sleeping better, and getting so much more done. Why? Maybe because no one has told me that I can’t.

On the morning of March 31, 2007 I was walking down the beach, with one of my sons, in Bal Harbor, FL. It was a very windy day and the ocean was very rough with 4 ft. waves. We came upon a group of people who were waving and calling to a woman, 40 yards out in the water. She was attempting to wave back, and every so often would let out a scream for help. She had apparently gotten swept out, and was too tired to swim herself back to shore. I jumped in to save her, but by the time I reached her, the waves had worn me out. I was able to tell her to hold on to my shoulders and starting swimming her in. She was crying and very upset, and it was then that I realized just how tired I really was. I could not get enough air to speak to her and try to calm her. Out in deep water, out of breath, and responsible for another human being, I did the only thing possible. Deny the fatigue and keep on swimming. Soon after we gained our footing and were able to walk out to safety. Good thing for her nobody told me that open water rescues are very dangerous. This simply would not have been possible if it I had not learn to overcome in any situation. Thank you!"

My son Dave is in the 9th grade. He has special needs and participated in a school team sport. Obasi Scott came to his school in the fall of 2006 and gave an outstanding motivational speech! Dave successfully ran on his school’s cross country team in the Fall and its track team this spring.

He told me that the words that he had heard in Crosspoint’s speech were what kept him going mile after mile....

Thank you Obasi! You helped Dave achieve something he hadn’t believed he could do! You are awesome!

After listening to you speak, you made me feel two ways, not so good and great. Not so good because I seen that I was wasting not just time but my life, by not living out my purpose. And great because I can start now.

You made me realize that talking about what I want to do and actually planning and pursuing makes all the difference, You showed me that God has given me the tools to succeed and You also helped me to utilize them.

Thank you and may God continue to bless you. This is your Calling!
